Job Description

Performing routine maintenance services including painting, plumbing, carpentry, groundskeeping, and snow removal.

Performing minor repairs on a variety of facility systems and equipment.

Skills / Requirements

General Qualifications

* High School graduate or equivalent.

* Current driver's license with a driving record that meets Aurora fleet safety standards.

* Must have knowledge/basic skills in maintenance and groundskeeping.

* Basic computer skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and to problem solve.
