JOB TITLE: Physical TherapistPosition Purpose:This person will provide rehabilitation services, wellness programming, and medical support to patients of all ages, and communities served by Columbia St. Mary's.
Qualfications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy-Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license-American Heart Association-Healthcare Provider CPR certification required
