    Shift: varied shifts and hours
    Hours: Salaried Position; more than 50% of hours on PMs and Nights

    JOB TITLE: Supervisor Patient Care Services
    - Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Brain Injury/Coma & General Rehab Units
    Position Purpose

    Under the direction of the Department Director and within the policies and procedures of CSM, the Supervisor is responsible to oversee personnel and operations of the unit including support of functions related to patient care.


    Responsibilities

    Provides supervisory leadership to areas of responsibility by supporting a vision that is aligned with CSM's mission, vision and strategic plan
    Promotes Safety and Quality
    Ensures that the department provides quality and cost-effective services to its customers
    Coaches staff by providing ongoing feedback to individuals and department
    Demonstrates an understanding of customers' needs and expectation. Incorporates customer feedback into process improvement.
    Collaborates with other specialties, units and departments. Connects with all customers to contribute to optimal department operations.
    Assesses, maintains and improves own clinical nursing expertise and competence in management skills

    Skills / Requirements

    Qualifications
    Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing Minimum of five years Nursing experience with focus in Rehabilitation Nursing and/or Med/Surg experience RN license in the State of Wisconsin CPR certification with American Heart Association
