FUEL Milwaukee - the region’s talent network - has a membership comprised of growth-oriented individuals and employers throughout the 7-county Milwaukee region. Interested individuals must be at least 21 years old to join - that's it!
What.
FUEL Milwaukee is an economic development initiative of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC). The MMAC is working to strengthen the region's business base, to attract and retain jobs and the talent to fill them. FUEL is the leading organization addressing talent attraction and retention for the MMAC and Milwaukee 7.
Mission.To position and establish the Milwaukee region as the destination for world-class talent, in all its diversity.
FUEL's Organizational Structure.
FUEL Milwaukee, made possible by the MMAC, has a dedicated four-person full-time staff. Three councils serve as FUEL's strategic bodies, defining strategy, providing leadership and resources:
- Creative Council - two representatives from each Employer Member and each Strategic Partner, and representatives from individual members at-large.
- Employer Council - executive-level human resource representative from each Employer Member.
- Wisdom Council - high profile, highly connected community and business leaders.
