In order to provide the highest standard of healthcare delivery, strong collaboration with physician partners and a commitment to constant improvement is essential. Perform patient evaluations, provide treatments, complete documentation, and supervise PTA's/Rehab Associates in a multi-disciplinary team in an outpatient/inpatient setting. Position is 80% outpatient work and 20% inpatient work.

Job Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy as well as a valid WI physical therapy licensure required. Minimum of 2 years physical therapy experience preferred.
