Job Description:
Provide a variety of health care services centered around the unique and individual needs of each patient according to the plan of care; meet the needs of all customers including patients, significant others, physicians and other staff; work in a multidisciplinary teams in order to deliver a full range of services and participate in team based continuous improvement. Essential Job Duties:Provides patient treatments.Implements treatment plan.Completes documentation.Provides education to patients, caregivers, and public.Communicates with customers and health care team.Supervises Rehab Associates.Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.Takes responsibility for own professional growth and development.Perform a variety of service in administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 Years PTA Experience Preferred. Homecare experience preferred.Education: Associate Degree from Accredited School for PTA
