Jobing Description
Provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone, E-Mail and other electronic medium.
• Configuration and installation of LINUX Operating System, proprietary hardware and voice capture software of client's equipment.
• Configuration and installation of Windows Operating System, Computer and Telephony Systems and other various applications.
• Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to Call Recording and Quality Management.
• Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.
• Identify and correct software and/or hardware issues in client installed environment through proactive monitoring and reviewing of log files and system performance.
• Document all work order tickets with specific detail on issue discover and resolution.
• Customer Support during normal business hours as well as designated after hours on-call periods.

Skills / Requirements
• Experience with hardware and software issues across multiple telephony platforms and call center systems.
• Proficient in LINUX, Microsoft Windows environment, Communication Protocols including TCP/IP, SSH and FTP clients.
• Experience monitoring message transaction across multiple platforms and applications.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm.
