Job: Health Unit Coordinator/Nursing Assistant - OB (WIC Tech)

The WIC Tech will be responsible for providing both direct and indirect patient care to mothers and babies. In addition you will be responsible for clerical functions including transcribing information accurately, entering doctor's orders, entering charges, and receptionist duties. Performance of both clerical and direct patient duties will be required within the same shift.

Part-time position. 20 hours per week with a combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts. Rotating weekends and holidays.

High school graduate or equivalent
Completion of Health Unit Coordinator program or medical terminology course preferred
Experience in working with Mother/Child population desired but not required
Previous healthcare or clerical experience preferred
Must be registered with the State of Wisconsin as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Basic Life Support certification within 1 year of employment
Basic computer skills required
