Job: Oracle Financial TechnoFunctional Lead

Regal-Beloit Corporation is seeking to fill multiple Oracle Financial TechnoFunctional Lead positions for its global Oracle Center of Excellence housed at the Company's LEESON facility in Grafton, WI. Will lead the technical and functional efforts of Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP Financials modules setup and deployment (including business requirements gathering, GAP analysis, solution design, workaround solution design, root cause analysis and solution implementation, test plan preparation, unit testing, functional architecture, workflow design, system integration testing, UAT, go-live preparation and production support) to meet business requirements of the Company, align global IT solutions and drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment.

Requires Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in a field of Engineering or Computer Science plus 3 years of enterprise-level Oracle ERP systems analysis, infrastructure architecture, application development and implementation experience which must have included functional and technical work with at least one module from the Oracle Financials or CRM application families.
