Job Description * Lead a team of 3 customer service representatives * Liaison between clients, employee's, insurance providers, and producers * Receive 10 to 30 calls a day * Make 10 to 30 outbound calls a day * Understand when there is a need to escalate an issue * Update team members on a daily basis * Follow up on questions or concern's pertaining to insurance claims or enrollment * Help create client proposals in MS Word, Excel, or PowerPoint * Attend client meetings and help present proposals to human resource professionals and or executive level management
Job Requirements • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred • MINIMUM 5 years work experience in the insurance healthcare industry • Previous insurance management experience preferred • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent detial accuracy • Able to prioritize • Positive attitude • Able to multi-task and adapt to changes • High sense of urgency and follow through skills
