Job: Property/Lease Administrator

RAP/AR/FinanceCodes all incoming bills to proper buildingPrepares all check requestsPrepares all monthly rent statements/billings to physiciansCharges all billables to tenantsTracks all incoming revenue/posts to proper accountsProcesses monthly financial reportsPrepares all recurring statements for leased locations for health systemProvides to Managers all delinquent accountsPrepares all tax invoicing as depicted by respective municipalityInputs all operational and capital budgetsRuns variance reports for the managersProcesses all calculations on operating expense adjustments/CPI adjustmentsPrepares all expense reportsOFFICE MANAGEMENTRetrieves and routes all incoming calls, providing customer service to all internal and external callersDispatches all maintenance and or vendors related matters to appropriate staff, including input and tracking of all work orders, as well as weekly followup to all tenants as to resolution of the concerns.Monitors key controls for all locationsOrders all signage for all buildings in compliance with building/zoning/tenant leasesMaintains all filing systems, including tenant, vendor, invoices, month end reporting to client.Assists with property inspections, as well as showing of space with tenants as required.Maintains and schedules all calendars of all staff with client and tenants.Performs general office duties such as fax, copy, correspondence preparation.LEASE ADMINISTRATIONPrepares lease abstracts on all incoming executed leasesResponsible for upload, input of all pertinent data into software systemsMaintains lease files in compliance with auditMaintains all insurance certificates on each tenant in compliance with lease.

Computer knowledge. Ability to control vendors and handle tenant relationships.High School Diploma, assocaite degree prefered
