Job: Care Center Mgmt Practices Administrator

Care Center Management Practices Specialists are responsible researching care center best practices that could enable effective and efficient care center management. They work with care center directors, managers and staff to develop and implement cross-care center practices, policies and procedures. In addition, they fulfill a critical role in fostering effective collaboration and communication between contact centers in different divisions.
