Job: RADIOLOGY INFORMATICS SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST - FULL TIME, 1ST SHIFT

With minimum supervision, works closely with all user representatives, Radiology team members, Froedtert IT department and vendors to identify and implement Radiology Informatics solutions. Aides in the development and implementation of complex systems as well as maintaining and enhancing existing systems. Develops framework by which this task is accomplished. Takes a lead role and assists activities of other Clinical Imaging team members. Maintain and keep current all related system applications and interface documentation.

A minimum of an Associates Degree in a Technical discipline, Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred. Five or more years of related experience in radiology operations and/or health care information systems management in a comparably sized hospital setting or a significant amount of experience in computers and networking. Familiarity with specific radiology information system applications preferred. Training and certification in radiology informatics systems preferred. If applicable, successful completion of Certification(s) may be required within 3 months of training completion. Certification within the 6 month probation period is preferred. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; thorough attention to detail, with an emphasis in system administration and networking in Windows and Unix environments.
