Job: Web Designer - Online Specialty Retailer !

We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptional Web Designer who loves to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment using the latest Microsoft technologies. The Web Designer will be responsible for growing the business by designing web pages and making changes to the web site. In addition this position will be involved in designing and producing (writing HTML) e-mails and banners. Primary Responsibilities include:

• Engage in hands-on production of e-mail and banner ad designs while adhering to company style.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and others in creative to insure both creative and business needs are met.
• Ensure design requirements are communicated to developers who will be working on web pages.
• Review e-mails for accuracy.
• Review your designs in various browsers for quality assurance.
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• 4 year degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Four plus years experience as a Web Designer including web retail (e-tail) experience.
• Solid HTML skills.
• Proven design skills.
• Must have exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering simultaneous projects on time and accurately.
