Job: Account Coordinator Intern

This position supports all facets of the BuySeasons Direct drop-ship and wholesale business. Learn the ins and outs of large scale eCommerce while helping to build a new section of our business. The BuyCostumes.com Direct business partners with large retailers (Target, QVC and others) to offer drop-shipping of our products to their customers. We also supply costumes, party supplies and other season items via wholesale to resellers and large-scale end users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly data and trend analysis for direct and international sales
• Assist in setup and maintenance of new partner merchandise data
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Process wholesale domestic and international orders
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback across multiple retail channels
• International market research

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize appropriately
• Strong PC skills (including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word)
• BA/BS degree (or future degree) in Business or Marketing
• Possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in online retail marketing, merchandising or direct to consumer fulfillment a plus
• Must posses reliable transportation. Our office is not served by public transportation.
