Jobing Description

The Wilderness Resort is currently seeking qualified Front Desk Clerks interested in working in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities:

Must communicate well with people.
Answering and directing telephone calls.
Handling questions that may arise from guests.
Working to insure a smooth check-in/out of guests.
Maintaining the integrity of the establishment through outstanding customer service.

Skills / Requirements

Previous proven customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.
Strong phone etiquette required.
Ability to bring a smile and promote our organization through a positive attidude a must.

Applicants for this position must be able to work a flexible schedule and be available fulltime. This includes holidays and weekends.
