Job: Physical Therapist - New Holstein

Greenfield Rehabilitation has a flexible position available in New Holstein. We are looking for a compassionate and professional Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate is available 1 to 3 days per week. Work with a wide variety of patients in a skilled nursing facility with a focus on short-term rehab. This position has the potential to grow into a full time position. Benefits start at 20 hours per week and include paid time off, continuing ed. reimbursement, and 401K with a company match.
