Job Description Job Title: Internal Auditor Senior Job ID: 9070 Location: Milwaukee WI - Corporate Bldg Regular/Temporary: Regular Responsibilities Position Summary: Conduct internal financial, compliance and operational audits on and at various departments, divisions and locations of the organization in order to: ? Review and appraise the adequacy and effectiveness of financial and operational internal controls ? Review compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations ? Review the means of safeguarding assets ? Appraise the economy and efficiency with which resources are employed ? Review and reliability and integrity of financial and operational information ? Recommend improvements in policies and procedures Conduct annual and quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley (section 404) compliance testing. Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead and perform annual and quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing for assigned domestic and international entities 2. Lead and perform assigned financial, operation and compliance internal audits domestically and internationally 3. Assist external auditors with Sarbanes-Oxley testing 4. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required COMPETENCIES Skills / Requirements
? Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) ? Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) regulations ? Understanding of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) Auditing framework ? Analytical skills necessary to review accounting and financial data and substantiate financial statement balances ? Ability to identify, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of accounting, financial, managerial and operational internal controls ? Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to interact with a diverse group of people ? Strong orientation to accuracy and detail ? Ability to independently organize and execute work; ability to take ownership in completing assigned tasks; self motivation with desire to grow and seek challenges ? Strong organizational skills ? PC skills in a client-server environment required to input, retrieve and present audit data Education Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or equivalent education/experience ? Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred Experience Requirements: ?
