Job: Pastry Chef/Cook

Cafe' Manna in Brookfield, has an opening for a experienced Pastry Chef/Cook.

Cafe' Manna is an intimate, comfortable, vegetarian, eco-friendly cafe'. We are located in a growing and affluent area of Brookfield, Wisconsin among many business and residential properties.

Open 6 days a week, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., our Cafe provides upscale casual full service dining and carry out service.

Baking to include Gluten free and Vegan recipes

Prepping and assisting in kitchen operations
Ensuring food preparation, safety and sanitation
Maintain food storage, temperature, rotation of product and proportion quantities
Completing all side work, stocking and daily cleaning tasks
Operating and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
Working with others while learning and exhibiting a positive outlook
Applicant must be energetic and hard working.
Restaurant experience is required.

Full time preferred.
