Job: Bookkeeping/Payroll/Income Tax Preparation

Position includes Processing Payroll, Payroll Tax Deposits, and Preparing Quarterly & Year End Payroll Reporting. Entering client's monthly data in Quickbooks and analyzing financial statements. Preparing complex personal income taxes, including Schedule C's and D's.

Must have experience in Quickbooks.

Must have experience entering client monthly data in Quickbooks and be able to analyze financial statements.

Must have experience in Processing Payroll, Payroll Tax Deposits, and preparing Quarterly
and Year End Payroll Reporting using Quickbooks.

Must have experience in complex Personal Income Tax Preparation, including
Schedules C and D.

Knowledge of Drake Software a plus.

Knowledge of Peachtree Software a plus.

Work experience with Corporate Income Taxes and Personal Property Reporting a plus.

Performs tasks with high degree of accuracy.

Must be able to work in situations where there will be pressure.

Is aware of timelines and meets deadlines.

Demonstrates initiative, effective problem-solving competence and good judgment.

Is a self-starter and can work alone.
