Our client is the Milwaukee Iron Arena Football Team. They live in the fast paced exciting world of sports entertainment. They are looking for an experienced Account Executive.

Milwaukee Iron arena Football, Director of Ticket Operations

Job Description
This position(s) is commission based and reports to the director of ticket operations.

• the solicitation of season, group and single-game tickets;
• maintaining and servicing all accounts,
• maintaining a database to record ticket sales and fan club information;
• coordinating ticket renewals for your respective accounts,
• taking ticket sales orders;
• providing first class customer service;
• assisting with ticket operations during the season and at all home games;
• striving at all times to make the Milwaukee Iron the best organization in professional sports;
• working diligently to build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, the media, the fans and the community in general, while reforming the perception of Arena Football within the community;
• working at all times to provide the ultimate entertainment experience to all patrons of the Milwaukee Iron;
• other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements
• 1 year sports professional sales and marketing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Sports Marketing, Marketing or other related fields
• Must have a passion to become a strong leader in the sports entertainment industry
