This new position will work closely with and report to the CEO, lead the Marketing team and build the visibility and reputation of the organization. The Director is also responsible for implementing and successfully maintaining branding efforts, media relations, electronic and print communications, marketing and promotions, and executive communications. The key objective for the Director is to use communication and marketing strategies and techniques to influence the media, the community, and to continue to position Rogers Behavioral Health System, Inc. as the invaluable choice for Behavioral Health needs. An important first-year performance expectation would include: developing a strategic and pragmatic communications and marketing plan that increases Rogers Behavioral Health System, Inc. visibility and positions the organization as an invaluable resource; leveraging advanced communication techniques with partners, board members, medical staff, the community and line staff.

Ranked as one of the leaders in Behavioral health, the Director of Marketing will help Rogers Memorial Hospital move into their next 102 years by building strong brands, community ties and strong internal relationships. The Director will have the opportunity to blend ideas and strategies of the System's top decision makers and manifest them into tangible initiatives for the staff and community.

Requirements: Education/Training Requirements: • Passion for Marketing and healthcare • Within the context of the Rogers mission, must possess a collaborative and energetic personality with a can-do and proactive orientation • Successful staff management skills • Commitment to professionalism and ethics; respect for every patient and the confidentiality imbedded in the business • Motivated by providing unique branding and marketing strategies to superiors, peers and subordinates • Interpersonal skills - ability to interface easily with a diverse group of people • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives • Strong communication, persuasion and listening skills, along with well-honed writing skills and marketing technical experiences

• Decisive personality - Ability to set priorities and take action • Politically astute and polished, person must be strategic and a high-level thinker with organizational savvy and an ability to present well-researched plans using data and metrics • Bachelor degree in marketing. Master degree in comparable field preferred • Minimum of seven years experience in healthcare marketing. Experience in Behavioral healthcare marketing strongly preferred • Demonstrated leadership skills • Experience with transitioning branding assessments to implementation. • Ability to work cohesively with high-level professionals with varied backgrounds and areas of interest
