The Commercial RM is responsible for developing and managing high-quality business client relationships. Will develop and strengthen/enhance client relationships through cross-selling of other related bank products and services. Accountable for loan and deposit growth as well as maintaining and managing credit transactions. Primary focus will be to develop solutions for business banking needs with businesses/individuals. This position will inherit an existing portfolio.

Also requires professional and community relations to increase the bank's visibility as well as for business and personal development.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant area--or a satisfactory combination of education and experience will be considered. Minimum of 5 years commercial lending/banking experience is required.

The successful candidate will have strong credit analysis skills, a proven sales track record of exceeding goals, and solid new business development ability. Must be comfortable initiating contact with non-clients as a regular part of overall responsibilities. Creative problem-solving, a customer focused attitude, the ability to work independently, and a desire to succeed in a team environment is necessary.
