Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Builds, develops, coaches and manages a successful team of bankers while matrix-line managing business partners within a branch or branches.& & The Branch Manager acts as the Team Leader responsible for individual production, team business development and client management within a branch or branches.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
2-3 years banking experience.

Other Information

Manage a branch office and extend credit to businesses and individuals.& Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to sales personnel in achieving the office's sales goals and customer service objectives.& Responsible for selection, training, and development of the sales staff.& Responsible for selling, servicing, and retaining client relationships through the sales of financial products and services.& Must have excellent sales, analytical and time management skills.

A college degree is preferred.& Outstanding sales, interpersonal and communication skills.& Previous sales or financial service experience preferred.& Good understanding of financial products, services, pricing and profitability.& Good computer skills, cash handling, customer service and PC skills are required.
