Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Builds, develops, coaches and manages a successful team of bankers while matrix-line managing business partners within a branch or branches.& The Branch Manager acts as the Team Leader responsible for individual production, team business development and client management within a branch or branches.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
3-4 years banking experience.

Candidate should enjoy business development opportunities and has a proven track record of expanding a branch portfolio.& Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to sales personnel in achieving the office's sales goals and customer service objectives.& Responsible for selling, servicing, and retaining client relationships through the sales of financial products and services.& Must have excellent sales, analytical and time management skills.& Banking experience required. Strong managerial skills desired.
