Job Title: Business Analyst II (CA)
Job ID: 928087 Location: , WI Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Responsibilities: Primary Function: This is an advanced position within the Customer Analysis Department that is responsible for the technical expertise of various systems used by business customers and supported by Customer Analysis. Position will understand how the systems operate in order to ensure the connected systems get the correct input and outputs.& Analyst will act as the main resource for the system(s) Position is responsible for planning and coordinating the most complex department projects working closely with Treasury Management, Metavante, outside vendors and other departments.& Department projects include reviewing, analyzing and implementing complex system enhancements, new product and process development.& Position is responsible for documenting procedures and flowcharts, maintaining quality control edits along with discovering new areas for improvement.& Associate degree or equivalent experience. Five years related bank experience including in-depth understanding of XAA and/or external billing system. Four years experience with advanced project management. Other Information the main purpose of this position will be to become SME (Subject Matter Expert) responsible for the technical expertise of various systems.& The analyst would become the application expert, interacting with internal personnel and external vendors.& The systems need to be designed and managed to fit M&I's needs and requirements.& Understanding how the system(s) operate in order to ensure the connected systems get the correct nputs/outputs.& analyst will act as the main resource for the system(s): answering questions pertaining to system operations, enhancements, billing, etc.& Other responsibilities are developing and maintaining quality control edits along with discovering new areas of improvement, test systems, initiate system and/or procedure changes, acquisitions and mergers. Specialized Skills Include: 5 years in banking filed, project management experience is a must, demonstrated ability to learn operations of complex systems, and advanced knowledge of regulations and related banking functions.& Multiline telephone, typing skills at 35 wpm, filing, 10-key, customer service, PC skills/word processing, mainframe knowledge, software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Access, Monarch, Report Edge, BIC, and PC Start), and some travel and over time is required.
