Responsibilities:

Primary Function:
You will answer all incoming calls through M&I Direct in a prompt and professional manner.& Develop a basic knowledge of M&I Bank products, services and processes.& Display a strong aptitude for PC skills, handle basic teller functions relative to a call center environment and handle personal banker functions in regards to setting up services and deposit accounts.& Identify sales opportunities regarding loan products and handle seasonal inquiries as trained, such as year-end tax inquiries.

High School or GED
3 or more years work experience in related field

Other Information

Handle all personal banker functions in fast-paced 24x 7x365, multimedia call center.& Develop a thorough knowledge of M&I Bank products, services and processes.& Remain well versed in all marketing initiatives.& Provide exceptional customer service while assisting department in meeting service levels and achieving own sales and service goals.& The ability to be flexible as calls dictate and always willing to put customers first.

Specialized Skills Include: 2+ years in customer service field, call center experience preferred, but ill train, multiline telephone, typing skills of 40 wpm, reconcilement skills, PC skills/word processing, and sales experience.

Hours for this position: Monday - Friday (11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), plus Saturday or Sunday.
