Job Title: Customer Service Rep II
Job ID: 928192 Location: , WI Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Responsibilities: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Function as the Banks primary contact with the public by performing all duties of a CSR on a more advanced level. The CSR II will assist first level CSRs with problems or questions, perform training, and are assigned special projects when needed. Skills / Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
High School or GED 1-2 years related work experience to include cash handling Other Information Function as the primary contact with the public. Work directly with the clients, manage a cash drawer, involve the receipt and payment of negotiable instruments, and handle client inquiries and concerns. Recognize situations that suggest the client's need for additional services and refer the client to the appropriate department. Specialized skills include: 6 months customer service experience, multiline telephone, typing 35 wpm, 10-key and reconcilement. Hours for this position: varies Monday - Friday (7:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.) and occasional Saturdays. This job posting is no longer available on Jobing.com.
