PRIMARY FUNCTION:& Provide guidance and assistance to the private banker by participating in client calls where a credit need is identified.& Communicate specifics of credit to the client.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Minimum credits of $250,000

SPECIFIC DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Analysis 45%
¿Gather and analyze financial data
¿Identify primary and secondary sources of repayment
¿Conduct accurate and complete due diligence
¿Prepare cash flow spreads and projections
¿Identify all policy exceptions and mitigate as necessary

Credit Policy/Knowledge 15%
¿Maintain thorough knowledge of Wealth Management credit policies
¿Ensure policy changes and compliance requirements are keep current for both commercial and consumer loans
¿Stay abreast of loan system changes and/or enhancements
¿Independently complete new and renewal packages for large and complex deals, to include collection of all customer/credit information
¿Effective communication with all area involved and incorporating the Critical Linkages philosophy in the loan review process is essential to the accurate and timely review of each loan submitted.
¿Mentor and coach private bankers to help enhance private banker credit skills
¿Facilitate and promote private bankers professional development

Banker Assistance/Client Interaction 35%
¿Participate in client calls where a credit need has been identified.
¿Communicate specifics of the credit to client, including but not limited to rate, structure and term of the loan.
¿Provide underwriting advice and guidance on new and existing relationships.
¿Prepare transaction and present to Loan Committee for approval.

Other 10%
¿Work with loan processors to ensure accurate loan documentation
¿Attend all loan closings where incumbent has participated in the call and underwriting.
¿Required to attend committee presentations as needed.
¿Review overrides and pre-approved credit requests for adherence to loan policy, proper structure etc.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor¿s degree
7+ years credit, banking/lending work experience in related field
