Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION
You will have the same job responsibilities as a senior programmer analyst.& Minimum of eight to ten years experience in DP with three years experience as a senior programmer analyst or equivalent required.

BASIC QUALIFIATIONS:
Bachelors degree
5-6 years professional work experience in related field

Other Information

Individual will act as lead technical project leader/systems analyst in support of M&I's MiKey Mortgage LOS application.& As an experienced project leader and systems analyst/developer, candidate will work directly with key business stakeholders to understand business requirements in order to enhance and support mission-critical credit applications utilized by the M&I Mortgage Center (MIMC) operations.& Individual will provide project management (timeliness, priorities, communications, etc.) and technical direction by leading a small team of technologists.& Assists the lines of business with requirement phase documents.& Coordinates and participates in the configuration, testing and rollout of defects and/or new enhancements within a 3rd party vendor system as specified by the business.& Coordinates all application related issues, defect tracking and resolution.& Manages software vendor relationships and coordinates software releases and change management.& Coordinates all technology team resources and key IT stakeholders as necessary.& Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff in both Business and IT areas.& Must be a global thinker and understand business direction in order to recommend appropriate technology solutions to met short and long-term business goals and objectives.& Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Business management desired.& Background in mortgage and/or financial services desired.

Technical Skills:
.Net, VB Script, C#, Java Script, SQL Server 2000 and/or 2005, and Crystal Reports.
