Senior Internet Marketing Associate
Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks a Senior Internet Marketing Associate for their Corporate Office in Waukegan, Illinois (south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin).

Corporate Office is moving to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
(Kenosha County) - Spring, 2010.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Utilize web site analytics & other metrics / information to identify & facilitate opportunities to improve web sites

Seek solutions to potential web site customer issues & future demands

Identify & create improvements to the web development & QA processes

Coordinate & facilitate web site usability initiatives

Create web site concepts & initiatives leveraging experience in web site usability, SEO / SEM & online customer behavior

Manage & facilitate complex projects that require coordination & communication across departments

Create & maintain web site development specifications & business requirements

Mentor Internet Marketing Associates & manage project prioritization process

Good understanding of SEO / SEM strategies & principles

Proficiency with MS Excel & Access

4+ years prior e-commerce experience

Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree in Business or Advertising preferred
