We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Information Clerk who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service. Imagine yourself: *Maintaining an assigned section of medical records and providing support to clinical areas by meeting requests for patient records in a timely manner. *Monitoring Medical Record Control forms for assigned number section on a weekly basis to ensure timely processing. *Releasing patient information as appropriate per applicable laws and policies. *Processing phone calls concerning records in assigned number section in courteous, timely and professional manner. *Establishing and maintaining filing systems for records, files, and documentation and maintaining confidential materials and records. General Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Basic computer experience in Windows environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Desired Qualifications Minimum one year experience in medical records or previous health care experience.
