Jobing Description

Currently we have three positions available for reservations for the Wilderness here in Wisconsin Dells. We also have three to four positions available to work at Wilderness in the Wisconsin Dells taking reservations for our new Tennessee location.
The Reservations Agent is responsible for all aspects of the reservation process.


Responsibilities Include:

• Answering calls including reservations, directions, etc...
  
• Handling inquiries including: room types, availability, rates, meeting facility space, restaurants, resort amenities and other general information.
  
• This is a complete customer service phone skills position.
  

Skills / Requirements

Qualified candidates will have prior hospitality/call center experience.


Qualifications:

• Computer knowledge a must.
  
• Strong customer service skills required.
  
• Experience with Resort Data Processing property management system preferred.
  
• Ability to multi-task and handle all aspects of guest inquiries.
  
• Knowledge of surrounding area preferred.
