Job Description

Rogers Memorial Hospital, the area's leader in Behavioral Health Services, is looking for a Part-time Prep Cook to work at the Oconomowoc campus.
The Prep Cook is responsible for assisting the Chef in the preparation of appropriate meals, following standardized recipes and accurate portions according to daily census and production sheets. The Prep Cook also assists with tray service for patients and with serving meals to patients, staff and guests. The Prep Cook assures proper sanitation is performed in work areas and assumes the roll of Chef when the Chef is off or absent. The RMH-Oconomowoc Prep Cook is responsible for the setup, delivery, and cleanup of meals for RMH-Delafield.

Required Skills
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Employees at the Eating Disorders Center (RMH-Oconomowoc) are required to complete CBRF first-aid, fire, universal precautions, and dietary courses within ninety (90) days of hire.
Valid Wisconsin Drivers'' License is required.

Skills / Requirements

Required Experience
Experience in hospital, institutional or restaurant cooking is desirable.
