In order to provide the highest standard of healthcare delivery, strong collaboration with physician partners and a commitment to constant improvement is essential. Essential Job Duties: 1. Provides patient treatments. 2. Implements treatment plan. 3. Completes documentation. 4. Provides education to patients, caregivers, and public. 5. Communicates with customers and health care team. 6. Supervises Rehab Associates. 7. Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. 8. Takes responsibility for own professional growth and development. 9. Perform a variety of service in administrative tasks. Role is primarily 3 days a week, with variable hours from 8am -6pm. Caseload is primarily outpatient ortho/sports.
Job Qualifications:
Experience: Experience highly preferred in outpatient orthopedics. EMR documentation experience preferred. Education:Associate Degree from Accredited School for PTA. Licensure/Certification:Wisconsin State PTA License, Current CPR Certification required. Complete Application
