Description

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for their headquarters in Antigo! This individual will

  • Oversee daily branch operations and lead a member-facing team to consistently provide members with exceptional service and outstanding value
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing members and truly make a difference in people's lives
  • Regularly serves as a Member Specialist in opening consumer loan/deposit accounts, answering questions on existing accounts, explaining CoVantage's online/mobile services, and other responsibilities
  • Assist the teller area as needed to keep the branch operating smoothly
  • Actively share information about credit union products and services to help members meet their financial needs
  • Coach employees to identify member needs and align products/services that will help members


Requirements

Qualified candidates

  • Must possess highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Have excellent organization skills, effective time management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or three years of relevant work experience with related training
  • Have experience in consumer lending, credit cards, deposit accounts, and collections
  • Are proficient with Microsoft office and Windows software
  • Will have, or will obtain and keep current, registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
