The Client Relations Executive (CRE) - Hispanic Communities is key member of Bleeding Disorder Sales team who will partner with Regional Sales Managers, Client Relation Executives and Community Advocates to sell CVS Specialty Services to individuals impacted by hemophilia within the Hispanic community. You will work with the Sales and Operations team to identify top current customers who speak Spanish and act as a liaison between these Hemophilia customers and CVS Specialty Pharmacy. The overall goal is to provide a high level of care and service that will grow revenue through customer retention and improved compliance and adherence. Our hire will collaborate with National, Regional and State Bleeding Disorder patient organizations to support and attend Hispanic community events throughout the country. This support will advance our business and drive new patients to utilize our hemophilia services!

We are looking for someone who will initiate new patient referrals by calling on HemOnc providers and Hemophilia Treatment Center providers to promote our Specialty Services. The CRE - Hispanic Communities will support local and national marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth. Our successful hire will exemplify the following skills:

The position requires the ability to optimally utilize data, reports and resources to determine field activity necessary to achieve business goals. As a member of our team, a successful Bilingual Advocate will work nights and weekends when necessary to drive business through customer meetings and through exhibiting at community events. Our ideal candidate should have an understanding for sales process to promote services and the capability to uncover specific customer needs. To be successful in the role you need;

- Knowledge of Healthcare systems

- Ability to access and navigate treatment facilities,

- An understanding of the hemophilia manufactures

- Awareness of the patient support services manufactures provide

- To interpret data to identify treatment gaps

- Uncover support needed to maintain compliance and adherence

This is a remote field sales position that requires significant travel. The ideal candidate can live near any major US airport and can expect up to 75% travel. Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, national travel, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in hemophilia, pharmaceutical
sales, specialty pharmacy sales or related experience
* Bi-lingual: Excellent written and verbal
communication in English and in Spanish.
* Ability to read/understand and communicate
effectively medical information related to the Bleeding
Disorder Community.

Preferred Qualifications
* Current relationships with prescribing HemOnc
providers and Hemophilia Treatment Centers
throughout US.
* Understanding for Hemophilia Support Organizations
including NHF, HFA, state and regional chapters with
understanding for which chapters provide support,
events and services specific to the Hispanic
* Strong program planning and marketing skills

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
