Workflow Engineer sought by GE Precision Healthcare LLC for Waukesha, WI location to support GE Mammography Tomo customers with expertise in review stations, images archiving, images review IT architectures and interfaces with PACS. Provide expertise in PACS, Healthcare IT, archiving solutions and images review workstations. Master the Mammography clinical space, product architectures and design and critical to quality elements. E'er requires a Bach deg, or equiv*, in Electrical Eng, Mech Eng, Biomed Eng, or rel field, & 5 yrs rel exp in job offered or in a rel occup servicing mech and/or electrical equipment. *E'er will accept any suitable combination of edu and exp as equiv to a U.S. Bachelor's degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service. Position also requires 1 yr exp w/repair and maintenance of the GE IDI/SenoIris product, handling/resolving difficult technical issues with expert-level knowledge; 5 yrs exp interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process; 5 yrs exp w/technical problem solving and resolution maintaining equipment, including diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment; 3 yrs exp w/ understanding and implementing customized workflow solutions, involving multiple functions and vendors; 2 yrs exp w/ Healthcare IT/ PACS and/or Advanced computer networking including, Firewall configuration, client server relationship, network infrastructure, server hardware/software support ,VM and remote monitoring; 5 yrs exp extracting applicable information during a troubleshooting process and resolving issues remotely; 5 yrs exp w/pressurized situations and coaching people through solving problems; 1 yr exp creating and providing technical training; 3 yrs exp w/ Project Leadership; 5 yrs exp w/ IDI/SenoIris applications, web applications and Microsoft Office. Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License. Remote/Telecommuting permitted position and reports into company headquarters. Up to 30% domestic travel within the Western US to customer sites and support installations, Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and customer escalations (CSOs), to address potential network / interoperability risks for upcoming product implementations, to test and offer mitigation strategies to facilitate successful implementations, and to address issues in a technical support capacity.
