Our Intake Department has an immediate need for an Intake Coordinator.  This position will focus their efforts coordinating the intake and referral process for our patients.  Intake is the hub of our Agency, and we need an individual with the utmost organization and communication skills to help coordinate and process referrals.  Be prepared to be challenged every day; and work with an amazing, collaborative, fun, and professional team.

 

Seeking a part-time opportunity?  Than this position is the perfect fit!  Work every Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am – 4:30pm in our beautiful corporate offices, located within the Park Place Business Park in Milwaukee, WI.  Keep your days free for school, family, or whatever else you feel like.  Or if your schedule is flexible, we have the flexibility to not only have you support our Intake Department on the weekends; but also a few days a week too. 

 

Qualifications include a degree from an Accredited School of Nursing and a valid WI LPN licensure OR Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.  Additionally, you must have three (3) years of healthcare experience.  Knowledge of medical terminology a must. Electronic Health Record experience preferred. EPIC, Cerner and/or McKesson knowledge a plus!  Along with top notch computer and clerical skills, we are looking for the right personality. You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment behind-the-scenes while outwardly demonstrating empathy and confidence.  We seek someone with exceptional communication and organization skills and an unflappable work ethic.
