Job Description

Position Summary
Serves as the Executive Assistant to the vice presidents of Academics, Student Services & Enrollment Management, and Workforce & Community Relations, while managing critical functions of the office with a high degree of professionalism.  Provides exceptional external and internal customer services as the first point of contact for the vice presidents’ office.

Duties & Responsibilities
Works independently to provide advanced administrative support by anticipating needs and proactively solving problems.

Manages calendars and plans, coordinates, and oversees logistics for meetings, travel, and events.

Prepares and edits presentations and reports; independently researches and analyzes associated data, issues and/or compiles materials needed for presentation and/or decision-making purposes.

Handles confidential and sensitive information in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations.

Serves as the main contact for the vice presidents’ office.

Creates and maintains processes for the office ensuring efficient and smooth workflow and coordination of incoming and outgoing communication.

Performs general office duties, which may include coordinating and maintaining office supplies, copiers, and printers; making room reservations; submitting work requests for facilities, marketing, and printing.

Manages budgets and coordinates purchasing for the vice presidents.

Serves as backup support to the Executive Assistant to the President.

Other duties as assigned.

Associate degree in related field required.

Related work experience required. 
Advanced experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. 
Project Management experience preferred.
Must possess excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
