Provide day-to-day maintenance and custodial services at assigned campus.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for building and equipment maintenance and repair, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and small engines.
Maintain grounds, campus roads, sidewalks, and parking lots, including lawn mowing, trimming, irrigation, and snow removal.
Responsible for building opening, inspection, and security.
Operate vehicles and perform routine vehicle maintenance.
Perform various support services, such as room set up and transportation and distribution of supplies.
Purchase custodial supplies including lawncare and snow removal supplies.
Work with service contractors to schedule building and equipment maintenance and repairs.
Perform weekend and holiday building checks as assigned.
Perform building cleaning as directed.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs to buildings and equipment as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary related training preferred.
Minimum of five years of custodial and/or building equipment maintenance and repair experience required.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aptitude required.
Experience with computerized building automation systems preferred.
Computer skills required.
Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
Must be available to report for work on short notice during emergencies.

Compensation is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
