Position Summary
  • Support various HR functions including TalentAcquisition, Associate Relations, Total Rewards, and Talent Management. TheIntern will dive into standard work and identify continuous improvement ideasthroughout the entire summer.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with process fornon-exempt positions including: position scoping, posting in Applicant TrackingSystem, sourcing and evaluation of talent, scheduling interviews, and creatingoffer letters.

  • Total Rewards: shadows Payroll & HRSSteams to understand pre-hire & post-hire process, participate in groupprojects / Kaizen events to improve.

  • Total Associate Engagement: Supports HR Teamin creating a culture of feedback and driving actions to completion.

  • Total Associate Engagement: Supports theplanning and execution of all Summer Intern events – including the final report- that yields a positive overall experience. Create  and post Intern social media content onLinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

  • Associate Relations: support Rexnord DRIVEcommittee in increasing new member participation and improving onboardingexperience.

Qualifications

Experience and Skill Required
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student in anaccredited college or university studying Human Resources

  • This is an entry-level positiontherefore previous HR experience is not required.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience inclassroom and/or extracurricular activities is preferred

  • Student SHRM member preferred
