The QTI Group is partnering with a local technology company to recruit its next Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building, training, and growing a high-performing sales team. The sales team will be comprised of sales professionals working through mid-market software sales.
Hire, train, motivate and hold accountable sales team and support them in achieving - exceeding targets.
Use available data and metrics to make informed decisions and uncover potential missed opportunities.
Drive pipeline with the team to exceed new business opportunity quotas.
Manage incentive plans to foster a competitive, fun and collaborative team environment.
Work closely with marketing to ensure all leads are efficiently capitalized.
Collaborate with other sales teams and departments to create a unified message and customer experience.
Document all processes and improve on them as necessary.
