Our Krakow team is focused on digital advertising, working on behalf of a world leader in online advertising. Our team works with existing customers to optimize their advertising campaigns. We use our sales skills and product knowledge to support the advertisers reach their goals in a way that is trustworthy, transparent, and adds value.  

As Quality Analyst at TTEC you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the quality of work done by the team is in line with Client's and TTEC's requirements

• Carrying out all required assessments to track and document the quality levels of the team/new hires

• Provide feedback to the team in line with Client's and TTEC's requirements 

• Work with other QA's and Client Representatives to ensure a clear calibrated approach 

• Work with the Trainers to ensure that both your knowledge, and that of the teams, is as required 

• - Be a role model for the team by promoting the TTEC and Client values

• Represent the team/floor at any required internal or external meetings, e.g. WBR, job fairs

• Support the team to meet all targets 

• Support your manager, and wider management team, to deliver our operational requirements
